“Strengthening and maintaining the health of preschoolers. Parent meeting "how to keep a child healthy" Speech by the propaganda team "We are for a healthy nation!"

Antipyretics for children are prescribed by a pediatrician. But there are emergency situations for fever when the child needs to be given medicine immediately. Then the parents take responsibility and use antipyretic drugs. What is allowed to give to infants? How can you bring down the temperature in older children? What medicines are the safest?

What is "Health"? Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being.

  1. physical health- this is when your child has high working capacity, he is resistant to diseases, corresponds to biological and social needs in the processes of growth and development, when he does not have chronic diseases.
  2. mental health
  3. Health social- this is the ability to build relationships with people around you in different life situations: with colleagues, work colleagues, neighbors, etc. - that is, with those people with whom we have to communicate.
  4. - these are our life rules, these are our moral values, what we value in life, what we consider right. This includes our desire and ability to manage our own health and build behavior without harm to other people.

negative health factors:

  • unbalanced diet.
  • non-compliance with the daily routine;
  • Scoliosis in 31 people (40%);
  1. Organization and conduct of annual professional examinations of students by narrow specialists, such as: a surgeon, an oculist, an ENT specialist, a neuropathologist, etc. As well as a weekly examination by a school doctor for pediculosis, scabies. And parents have a big request to you: please keep your child’s clothes and head clean so that there are no unnecessary problems.

The stressful tactics of influences are the systematic use of shouts or the so-called "psychic slaps", as well as the limitation of time in the process of activity. The child is under stress due to the constant race. Failed. adult dissatisfaction. Schoolchildren, expecting the next reproaches and even humiliations, are in constant psychological stress.

2. family situation.

The family has undergone major changes. But the model of behavior by the child is most often chosen according to the model of the parents. Today, the ascetic attitude of parents towards their children is noticeably lost. It is disturbing that cruelty reigns in prosperous families. Rudeness, some kind of invisible aggressive style of relationships with your own child. A well-known pediatric surgeon, academician Ya. Doletsky even introduced a new term - the syndrome of dangerous treatment of children. We are talking about physical and mental trauma inflicted in the family with loved ones. Today, up to 50 thousand children across the country leave their families without permission, the number of young homeless people and outcasts is multiplying.

In our school, there are 11 students (12.8%) on the intra-school register; in the KDN - 4 people (4.6%); in social protection - 11 people (12.8%). These students need special protection and your help! Be extremely careful and patient with them!

4. This is a terrible misfortune, in the network of which many teenagers fall. Most often, this is a departure from reality, which somehow does not suit the child, this is a form of unconscious protest. Most often, in smoking and drinking families, the child also consumes alcohol, smokes. In our school, a lot of work is done with such children: conversations are held in the presence of a social worker, explanatory conversations, visits and control of such families, etc.

Dear parents! Today we have only identified the problem and comprehended it. Finding a solution is a long and painstaking process. Let's unite our efforts and move on this difficult path together. The health and happy future of our children will be our reward.

We wish you success!

"Parents meeting "How to keep a child healthy""

20.03. 2012

Parent meeting on the topic:

"The concept of physical, mental and spiritual health, their relationship."

Hello dear parents! We have repeatedly and quite reasonably addressed the problem of preserving and strengthening the health of our children. Today we will try to understand the concepts of "physical, mental and spiritual health" and what is the relationship between these concepts.

Today we will talk about health in general and the health of schoolchildren in particular, about how to help our children maintain and improve their health.

What is "Health"? Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being.

Based on the definition, the following components of health are distinguished:

    physical health- this is when your child has high working capacity, he is resistant to diseases, corresponds to biological and social needs in the processes of growth and development, when he does not have chronic diseases.

    mental health- this is the ability to control one's feelings and thoughts (the ability to be critical of oneself, the adequacy of mental reactions; the ability to change one's behavior in situations, the ability to plan one's own life).

    Health social is the ability to build relationships with people around you in different life situations: with colleagues, work colleagues, neighbors, etc. - that is, with those people with whom we have to communicate.

    Spiritual and moral health- these are our life rules, these are our moral values, what we value in life, what we consider right. This includes our desire and ability to manage our own health and build behavior without harm to other people.

It turns out that being healthy is not so easy!

The researchers identified the following negative health factors:

    our children lead a sedentary lifestyle;

    studying is stressful for them;

    unbalanced diet.

There are other negative factors as well. The reasons for which are:

    lack of a healthy lifestyle in many families;

    non-compliance with the daily routine;

    non-compliance with hygiene requirements.

According to domestic researchers, in the whole country, by the end of the school period of study, the number of practically healthy children is less than 10% of students. There are no healthy children in our school.

    Violation of posture is observed in 35 people (40.6%);

    Scoliosis in 31 people (40%);

    Flatfoot affects 41 people (47.6%);

    Visual impairment in 24 people (27.8%).

Therefore, it is very important, dear parents, not to waste time, but to correctly formulate for each family the main tasks of preserving and strengthening the health of schoolchildren in the process of their growth, development and education, to create a health-saving educational environment in each family. After all, not only the school, but mainly the family is responsible for the health of your child.

What kind of work is going on in our school to preserve and strengthen the health of students:

    Office equipment. Much attention is paid to the working posture of the child. (Special furniture was purchased, desks correspond to the height of students, desks were made for standing work. For proper lighting, special lamps were purchased, which are located above the board in each study, blinds were purchased.

    Strict observance of all requirements for the use of technical means in training. Use of safety rules when working on machines in workshops, behind sewing machines.

    The organization of dynamic pauses during lessons and breaks, which prevent overwork, increase the efficiency of the children.

    Organization and conduct of annual medical examinations of students by narrow specialists, such as: a surgeon, an oculist, an ENT specialist, a neuropathologist, etc. As well as a weekly examination by a school doctor for pediculosis, scabies. And parents have a big request to you: please keep your child’s clothes and head clean so that there are no unnecessary problems.

    Organization of hot meals in the school cafeteria. Implementation of monthly fortification.

    Compliance with hygiene standards and requirements.

    Organization of exercise therapy classes, the purpose of which is to strengthen the physical health of schoolchildren, correct scoliosis. Organization of circle work at school. Primary school students attend not only school circles, but also 2 times a week, GPA educators take students to classes at the Meridian club.

    Inclusion in the system of work by class teachers and teachers lectures, discussions, consultations on the problems of maintaining and strengthening health, prevention of bad habits: holding Health Days, thematic competitions. Recently, in grade 7a, a class hour was held on the topic “Me and my health”. The result was a drawing competition.

    All this work is carried out by qualified teachers and school specialists: oligophrenopedagogues, exercise therapy instructor, speech therapists, a teacher for the development of psychomotor and sensory processes, and a school doctor. As one of the examples of work, I want to tell you that in my lessons I use the methods and techniques of VF Bazarny's health-saving technology. The game is one of the factors for improving mental, spiritual, moral and physical health. Performing exercises with children, I develop general and fine motor skills, auditory and visual memory, as well as other mental processes. Many parents who contacted me were given recommendations and sets of exercises that strengthen motor skills and reduce excitability. But for this it is necessary to have expensive didactic material. And it is desirable that it be in every family.

Children's mental health is affected by:

1. Stressogenic tactics of influence on the part of an adult.

Stressogenic tactics of influences are the systematic use of shouts or the so-called "psychic slaps", as well as the limitation of time in the process of activity. The child is under stress due to the constant race. Failed. adult dissatisfaction. Schoolchildren, expecting the next reproaches and even humiliations, are in constant psychological stress.

We try to find an individual approach to each child: we conduct confidential conversations; listen to their requests, wishes; we just talk to them; we give advice, etc.

2. The mental health of children is affected by family situation.

In our school, there are 11 students (12.8%) on the intra-school register; in KDN - 4 people (4.6%); in social protection - 11 people (12.8%). These students need special protection and your help! Be extremely careful and patient with them!

3. The mental health of children is also affected by incompetence in matters of the physiological development of the child. The unpredictable behavior of teenagers, it turns out, is associated with the immaturity of the brain. The frontal lobes, which are responsible for making meaningful decisions, function differently in adolescents than in adults. Teachers, parents should show patience and indulgence to the rash acts of their wards, in the hope that after some time their brain will work in full force. Children of "emotionally wise" parents cope with stressful situations more easily, are more successful in school, they have few problems with peers.

Here you will be greatly assisted by the advice of the specialists of our school.

4. Children's health is affected by addictions (bad habits).

    Always take the time to talk to your child. Be interested in his problems, delve into his difficulties, discuss them, give advice.

    Learn to treat your child as an equal partner who, for now, simply has less life experience.

    Exclude from the practice of family education "psychological slaps": shouting, verbal humiliation.

    Combine reasonable demands with praise. Rejoice with your child even in small successes.

    Realize that a growing teenager is not always adequate in his actions due to physiological characteristics. Know how to forgive, "treat" with kindness.

    Do not compare your child with other, more successful children, this will lower your self-esteem. Compare him with himself, but less successful.

Dear parents! Today we have only identified the problem and comprehended it. Finding a solution is a long and painstaking process. Let's unite our efforts and move on this difficult path together. The health and happy future of our children will be our reward.

We wish you success!

This story happened a long time ago in an ancient city where a great sage lived. The fame of his wisdom spread far around his hometown. But there was a man in the city who envied its fame. And so he decided to come up with such a question that the sage could not answer it.

And he went to the meadow, caught a butterfly. He planted it between closed palms and thought: “Let me ask the wise man: tell me, O wisest one, which butterfly is in my hands: alive or dead?”

If he says - alive, I will close my palms, and the butterfly will die, and if he says - dead, I will open my palms and the butterfly will fly away. Then everyone will understand which of us is smarter.

The envious caught a butterfly, planted it between the palms and went to the sage. And he asked that one: “Which butterfly is in my hands, oh wise one, is it alive or dead?” And then the wise man said, “Everything is in your hands, man!”

Dear Parents,

We live in the 21st century, which has already been dubbed the century of maximum speed and science. The new century, technical and scientific progress require colossal loads and efforts from any person. How can this be dealt with? Only with the help of daily and constant work on yourself. With such intellectual loads that modern education offers today, only constant physical work of the body can cope, in other words, an absolutely healthy student. Therefore, today we will talk about health in general and about the health of schoolchildren in particular, about how to help our children maintain and improve their health, and about many other very important and serious things.

1. What is "Health"?

Health-saving theorists interpret this important concept in different ways. " Health- the process of preserving and developing biological, physiological and mental functions, optimal working capacity, social activity with a maximum life expectancy” (V.P. Kaznacheev).

« Health- this is such a state of the body in which it is biologically complete, able-bodied ”(V.I., Dubrovsky).

« Health- this is not the absence of a disease, but the physical, social and psychological harmony of a person ”(I. T, Frolov).

The most popular definition given by the World Health Organization:

« Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Important in all these and other definitions of health is the attitude to it as a dynamic process, which allows for the possibility of purposefully managing it.

Based on the definitions of the World Health Organization, the following components of health are distinguished:

  • physical health- this is a state in which a person has a place to have a harmony of physiological processes and maximum adaptation to various environmental factors.
  • mental health - it is a person's ability to adequately respond to external and internal stimuli, the ability to balance himself with the environment.
  • Social health - a measure of social activity, the active attitude of a person to the world.
  • moral health- this is a complex of characteristics of the motivational and informational sphere of the personality, the basis of which is determined by the system of moral values.

Do our children have physical, moral and social well-being? What is the health of the nation in the country? What are the current health problems in our district? We will try to answer these and other questions during our dialogue.

2. The crisis of the health of the nation in the country and its features in the conditions of the northern region.

The issues of the crisis of children's health and the degeneration of the nation are the subject of constant attention of society and the state. Here are some numbers as examples:

All this makes not only think, but also sound the alarm.

What is the reason for the crisis of the children of Russia and the district in particular? There are different points of view.

According to medical science, human health is determined by four main factors:

  • 50-55% depends on lifestyle: sedentary lifestyle, bad habits, unhealthy diet, psychological climate.
  • 20–25% environmental and ecological influence (only 5 to 10 percent of children are born healthy).
  • 20% - heredity (diseases such as Down's disease, diseases associated with metabolism, viral and other diseases are transmitted by heredity).
  • And only 5% depends on medicine.

The following negative health factors exacerbate the condition of students in the learning process:

  • sedentary image of students;
  • overloading the educational process with many disciplines;
  • stressful influences during training;
  • unbalanced diet;
  • lack of a healthy lifestyle in many families;
  • non-compliance with the daily routine;
  • non-compliance with hygiene requirements.

According to domestic researchers, by the end of the school period, the number of practically healthy children is less than 10% of students. Therefore, it is very important, dear parents, not to waste time, but to correctly formulate for each family the main tasks of preserving and strengthening the health of schoolchildren in the process of their growth, development and education, to create a health-saving educational environment in each family.

3. The state of health of students in the first and fourth grades of our school(the floor is given to the school physician).

The results of medical examinations indicate that schoolchildren have various health disorders:

  • The number of children with scoliosis is increasing year by year.
  • The number of obese children is on the rise.
  • The number of children with diseases of the nervous system is increasing.
  • The number of children with abnormalities in the circulatory system is growing.
  • The percentage of children suffering from allergies is increasing.

During the first quarter of the 2008/09 academic year, … lessons were missed due to illness. Among the common diseases are…

4. Results of diagnostics of students and parents(questionnaires for parents and students, Appendix 1 and Appendix 2).

You, dear parents, were asked to answer the questions of the questionnaire “Health in my family.

The purpose of the survey: to diagnose by questioning parents and identify the attitude of parents to the value of health and ongoing work to preserve and strengthen it. The word is given to the psychologist of the school.

Thanks guys, you helped us a lot!

Analyzing the answers of parents and children, we can say that the creation of conditions for the formation of a healthy lifestyle depends on the specific conditions in which a person lives, on the economic condition of the family in which the student is brought up, on the attitude of the child himself, on his needs and opportunities, on desires and aspirations of the family - to be healthy. And again we return to the parable. Everything is in the hands of the person himself, including health.

5. Improving methods of restoring schoolchildren at home.

Today we will introduce you to some rules of rational nutrition, we will tell you about the importance of movement in human life, what is the daily routine and why it must be observed, what hygiene requirements must be observed when doing homework and why it is necessary to increase the psycho-emotional stability of schoolchildren.

We continue and I give the floor...

Balanced diet

Food should be rational in chemical composition and contain proteins, fats and carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements. Be harmless and safe. Even in ancient times, it was known that proper nutrition is an indispensable condition for a long life.

Modern scientists have found that the main eating disorders are an excess of carbohydrates and fats of animal origin, a deficiency of fruits, vegetables and berries, as well as a violation of the diet.

According to studies, the content of vitamins in the body of schoolchildren is only 10% normal. Therefore, the use of vitamin complexes by children is recommended. Especially in winter time.

In the school cafeteria this school year, such a table has been organized, which includes onion, garlic, lemon and vitamin teas.

Parents also need to remember that children in primary school age should eat at least 4-5 times a day and adhere to such rules: variety, moderation and timeliness of nutrition.

Should a child be forced to eat if he refuses? You can’t force it, assessing your desire to eat, the child listens to the needs of his body.

Do children need to eat first courses? Yes. Used only second courses do not cause sufficient separation of gastric juice, food lingers in the digestive canal for a long time, ferments and irritates the mucous membrane.

In addition, you should teach the child to eat slowly, chewing food well, not to engage in extraneous activities while eating.

Physical activity

Movement as a form of physiological activity is an indicator of physical health, inherent in almost all living things and plays an important role in the development of the human psyche and intellect.

In a growing organism, some excess of motor activity is created. There is the concept of "biological sufficiency of movements."

For example, the minimum norm for the number of steps per day for an adult is 10,000, and a student must take 25-30,000 steps per day.

If parents are overweight, then 80% of children have it too.

People who do not exercise have a 20% higher heart rate. This leads to rapid deterioration of the body. According to statistics, 20% of children born develop flat feet. This is due to muscle weakness.

And now, 4th grade students invite all parents to perform a set of health-improving gymnastics exercises with them.

The importance of sleep for children.

A special place in the daily routine is given to sleep. The younger student spends a lot of time at school, he is mobile, easily excitable, so he needs a good sleep. First-graders need to sleep 11 hours, and students aged 8-10 up to 10 hours a day.

Proper sleep provides rest, high performance, prevents overwork, headaches, weakness. irritability, tearfulness.

And if a child chronically does not get enough sleep, he develops a neuropsychiatric disease.

And so we now invite all parents to plunge into a wonderful magical dream.

Magic dream game

Everyone can dance, run, jump and play.
But not everyone knows how to relax, to rest.
We have a game like this, very easy, simple.
Movements slow down, tension disappears.
And it becomes clear that relaxation is pleasant.
Eyelashes fall, eyes close,
We calmly rest, we fall asleep with a magical dream.
Breathe easily, evenly, deeply.
The tension has flown away, and the whole body is relaxed.
As if we are lying on the grass, on the green, soft grass,
The sun is warming now, our feet are warm.
Breathe easily, freely, deeply.
The lips are warm and flaccid, but not at all tired.
And your obedient tongue is accustomed to being relaxed.
It was nice to rest, and now it's time to get up!
Clench your fingers tightly into a fist and press your chest like this!
Stretch, smile, take a deep breath, wake up!
Open your eyes wide - 1, 2, 3, 4!
Cheerful, cheerful and again we are ready for classes !!!

Increasing psycho-emotional stability.

According to research materials, not active emotions, but passive ones are especially dangerous for any person and student: despair, anxiety, timidity, depression. That is why it is necessary to develop positive thinking, which is achieved through hard training.

It is important to teach the student to rejoice even in his small victory, and even more in someone else's luck. Learning will only be effective when the student experiences the joy of learning.

Parents should also remember that only in a strong, friendly, prosperous family, where there is a comfortable environment and understanding parents, where mutual understanding and love reigns, where conflicts are internal and quickly resolved, only in such a family to raise truly healthy offspring.

Hygiene requirements when doing homework.

Air-thermal regime- one of the important environmental factors that affect the performance and health of children. Hygienists have established that in the room where the child works, there should be a temperature of 18–20 degrees, relative humidity up to 60%. Temperature measurement is carried out in the center of the room at the height of the child. Mandatory is the daily implementation of wet cleaning and ventilation of the room.

Light mode- can prevent overload, stimulate the development of the visual analyzer, prevent the occurrence of myopia. The most optimal location of the room for lessons is the south or southeast side. The use of dark colors in the interior is unacceptable. Red color is used only as signals. Warm tones are recommended - orange and yellow, you can use shades of green. You can use artificial lighting in addition to natural lighting. In the month of December, the light must be on until 10 am and from 2 pm. Then, every month, reduce the additional light regimen by 1 hour.

Furniture and other items of equipment also affect the health of students. The level of the tabletop should be 4 cm above the elbow of the freely lowered arm of a seated person.

If the chair is too low, the student is forced to raise the right shoulder high, and if the chair is high, the child is forced to hunch, and this all leads to a curvature of the spine.

A prerequisite for doing homework is its time.

Lessons should be done at the same time, the optimal and most productive time is considered to be from 16 to 18 hours. By 12 o'clock, there is usually a drop in performance. The first phase is working out, it lasts up to 7 minutes. The average duration of active attention of a first-grader is up to 20 minutes, for students of the 4th grade it is slightly higher. Then the performance begins to fall, rest is needed. For 2 hours of preparing lessons, you can make 2-3 breaks of 5 minutes each.

The most difficult are the lessons of mathematics, computer science, a foreign language, social science, and literacy.

During the week, Tuesday is considered the most productive, from Wednesday to Saturday, working capacity decreases. Its lowest rates are noted on Monday. On Friday, there is again an increase in efficiency.

Therefore, it is better to prepare home lessons like this:

  • 1st lesson - phase of training, lessons of medium difficulty.
  • Lessons 2-3 - lessons of maximum complexity.
  • Lesson 4 is easier.

The duration of continuous reading in elementary school is as follows: 10 minutes for students in grades 1–2, up to 20 minutes for students in grades 3–4.

The same time is allotted for working with a computer.

6. The most important components of schoolchildren's health.

So let's sum up all of the above.

Thank you for your cooperation! We wish you good health!

5. Summing up

2. Speech on the topic: "Preservation and promotion of health"

Everyone needs health - children, adults, and even animals. Children's health is the future of our country.

In modern conditions, there is a sharp deterioration in the health of children. According to the Research Institute of Social Hygiene and Health Organization. ON THE. Semashko, about 40% of children in Russia can be considered conditionally healthy. However, health does not exist by itself, once given, permanently and unchangingly. You need to want and be able to take care of your health. If you do not take care of your health, you can lose it. Preserving and improving health is a huge daily work, starting from birth.

Strengthening the health of children should be carried out by the joint efforts of the family and the kindergarten. At the same time, the leading role belongs to the preschool institution, where the child spends most of his active time.

Therefore, strengthening the health of children in preschool institutions is the primary task of pedagogical and medical personnel. What should be done to be healthy? Since ancient times, it has been observed that hardening promotes health. Therefore, hardening measures should form the basis of the educational and health-improving process, the purpose of which is to reduce the incidence of children.

In order to help children maintain and strengthen the health of children, to instill in them the need for health as a vital value, a conscious desire to lead a healthy lifestyle, and a responsible attitude towards their health, a large, systematic and constant work is needed.

Hardening is one of the effective means of promoting health and preventing diseases.It has a positive effect on the mechanisms of adaptation to cold and heat, weakens the negative reactions of our body to weather changes, increases resistance to viral and bacterial infections, creates a strong shield against colds and thereby significantly prolongs the active creative life of a person. Everyone needs to harden their body. It is better to start hardening from an early age. The main natural hardening factors are air, sun and water. Sufficient stay of the child in the air; regular ventilation of the room; clothes that allow you to move freely without overheating - all these factors constantly and naturally have a hardening effect on the body. A set of measures is being carried out in the kindergarten aimed at providing conditions for improving the health of children

  1. through ventilation;
  2. compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime;
  3. morning exercises in a ventilated room;
  4. breathing exercises (2-3 times a day);
  5. game massage (2-3 times a day);
  6. gymnastics in bed after a daytime sleep;
  7. walking barefoot on massage mats
  8. washing with cool water;
  9. walk in the fresh air;
  10. optimal alternation of different activities

2. Dear parents! You are divided into 3 groups based on "My attitude to life": optimists, realists, pessimists. I ask you to discuss topics.

What is health? - factors affecting health status

What is ZOZ?

I offer you a questionnaire.

  • How would you rate your child's health (good, fair, poor)?
  • whether the child's health status has changed during the period of attending kindergarten (for the better, for the worse)
  • what reasons, in your opinion, can influence the deterioration of the child's health during his stay in kindergarten
  • What should a teacher look out for when working with a child?

3. Speech by a nurse on the topic "Analysis of the health status of pupils"

4. Speech on the topic: "Events aimed at providing conditions for improving the health of children"

Morning gymnastics.The main task of morning exercises is to strengthen and improve the child's body.

In addition to health benefits, morning exercises also have educational value. With the help of morning exercises, children are accustomed to a certain regimen.

Through daily exercise, children improve basic movements: running, walking, jumping. Children acquire and consolidate the skills of placement in space - building in columns at a certain distance from each other with the help of an eye, and not outstretched arms ..

In order for the child to receive a charge of vivacity, good mood and feel comfortable after charging, we try to make it as interesting as possible, using an artistic word, various objects (cubes, handkerchiefs, flags, balls).

Play massage is the basis of hardening and healing of the child's body. Intensive action on the fingertips stimulates the flow of blood to the hands. There are a large number of biologically active points on the auricle, which are reflexively connected with all organs of the body. Playing with the auricles is useful, in particular, to improve the functioning of the respiratory system and to protect the body from colds.

We carry out exercises 1-2 times a day, using various rhymes corresponding to the actions performed. Children are very happy to join this game.

Breathing exercisesstrengthens the respiratory muscles, improves blood circulation in the upper respiratory tract and increases resistance to colds, as well as endurance during physical exertion.

Gymnastics in bed.After a daytime sleep, we carry out tempering exercises in bed. We begin to carry out gymnastics with awakened children, the rest join as they wake up. It includes such elements as sipping, alternately raising and lowering arms and legs, elements of finger gymnastics, eye gymnastics, and elements of breathing exercises. The duration of gymnastics in bed is 2-3 minutes. In order to evoke an emotional response in children, as well as a desire to perform exercises together with the teacher, I use game exercises, accompanying them with various verses.

massage mats,non-standard equipment.They are a means of preventing flat feet. Rugs are made from various waste and natural materials: felt-tip pens, bottle caps, buttons, pebbles, cones. All children love these exercises.

Air procedures. Practice shows that any exposure to low temperature air has a beneficial hardening effect, training vegetative vascular reactions, i.e. improves physical thermoregulation.

Therefore, walking naked on rugs, dressing a child before going to bed, sleeping in a T-shirt in cold weather, and in shorts in warm weather, as well as walking on rugs after sleep is a valuable tempering event.

Water procedures. Water treatments have a more intense hardening effect than air baths. Washing is the most accessible type of water hardening in everyday life. Young children are recommended to wash daily not only the face, but also the hands up to the elbow.

Walk. Outdoor games.Being in the fresh air is of great importance for physical development. Walking is the first and most accessible means of hardening the child's body. It helps to increase its endurance and resistance to adverse environmental influences, especially to colds.

We go for a walk in any weather, except for strong winds or heavy rain, and when the air temperature is not lower than -15 FROM . Children's hands and feet should not be allowed to be wet in winter. It is known that the hands and feet contain many thermoreceptors that are directly associated with the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, therefore, when cooled, a rapid manifestation of a reflex effect on the mucous membrane in the form of coughing, runny nose, sneezing, etc. is possible. The walk includes an outdoor game with an increased motor mode. During the walk, 2-3 different games are played.

Optimal alternation of different activities.When conducting classes, we use health-saving technologies aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of babies. In the classroom, children walk, stand, sit on a chair, on the floor, look for objects, reach for them. The complex of physical minutes spent during classes is playful and creative in nature, includes: elements of breathing exercises, exercises for the eyes, finger gymnastics, exercises for the back, neck, arms, legs. I select physical education minutes in accordance with the topic of the lesson, they are not some separate part of the lesson. At the end of the lesson, I conduct an outdoor game or perform dance movements to the music.

Conditions have been created for the physical development of children in the group. There are sports equipment and equipment for physical activity: balls; hoops; toys that can be rolled; ladder, dry pool. The group has a place for children to play together, there is an open space for outdoor games. All sports facilities and equipment are available for children.

6. Dear parents! Remember your child's health is in your hands! It has long been noticed: in those families where adults get sick a little, and children, as a rule, are healthy.

At the end of our meeting, let's outline a joint plan of action to improve the health of our children:

Use the information received at the parent meeting to maintain and improve health;

Introduce a healthy lifestyle in every family;

Set the home mode in accordance with the regime of the day d / s;

Systematically carry out hardening;

To acquaint the parents of pupils with the main factors contributing to the strengthening and preservation of the health of preschool children at home and in kindergarten. Formation of parents' motivation for a healthy lifestyle, responsibility for their own health and the health of their children, improving the pedagogical skills of parents in using health-saving technologies at home. Develop a sense of unity, cohesion.

The child is sick endlessly.
Mother in a panic, in tears: both fear and sadness.
- After all, I'm from the cradle
I always strive to keep warm.
The apartment has windows even in summer
Afraid to open - suddenly a draft,
With him then to the hospital, then to the pharmacy,
Medicines cannot be counted.
Not a boy, in a word, but suffering.
So, sometimes, we are from children
We grow a greenhouse creation,
And not fighters - heroes.
V. Krestov "Greenhouse creation"

It is hardly possible to find parents who do not want their children to grow up healthy. However, many do not know how to achieve this. Some generally believe that educators and doctors should be engaged in strengthening the health of the child, while parents are only supposed to take care of the food and clothing of their children. There are also such mothers and fathers who, in search of effective ways to improve the health of their children, completely reject proven recommendations and use only non-traditional methods, which often have an adverse effect on the health of the child. Finally, there are parents who carefully and punctually follow medical recommendations, often and in large quantities use drugs and, nevertheless, do not always achieve the desired effect.

Today we will get acquainted with the main factors that contribute to strengthening and maintaining the health of a preschooler at home and in a kindergarten.

In modern society, new, higher demands are made on a person, including a child, on his knowledge and abilities. Caring for the health of a child and an adult has become a priority all over the world. Any country needs creative, harmoniously developed, active and healthy personalities.

What should be a healthy child? First of all, if he gets sick, it is very rare and by no means hard. He is cheerful and active, kindly treats the people around him. Positive emotional impressions predominate in his life, while negative experiences are endured by him with firmness and without harmful consequences. A healthy and developed child has good body resistance to harmful environmental factors and resistance to fatigue, is socially and physiologically adapted.

In preschool childhood, the foundation of a child’s health is laid, his intensive growth and development takes place, basic movements, posture, as well as the necessary skills and habits are formed, basic physical qualities are acquired, character traits are developed, without which a healthy lifestyle is impossible.

1. What is health?. Health is physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

2. Name the factors influencing the state of health.

20% - heredity

20% - ecology

10% - healthcare development

50% - lifestyle

What factor can we put in the first place?

3. What is a healthy lifestyle?

Balanced diet

Compliance with the regime

Optimal driving mode

Full sleep

Healthy hygienic environment

Favorable psychological atmosphere

hardening

Survey analysis

Holding a dynamic pause with parents.

Educator: I invite everyone to the "Merry physical exercise."

Hey, all together, arms wide,

They sat on the floor, as in an apartment.

And now, everyone stood up together,

Hands removed to the belt

Everyone step to the right, everyone step to the left,

We are all like queens.

Hey let's cross our legs

And jump in place

And hands up and down

Let's clap for an encore,

And then sneeze together!

And now you have to laugh!

And now on the shoulders of the hands,

To neither longing nor boredom,

Right leg forward

And then vice versa!

Now listen to the command:

Grab yourself by the ears

And out tongues

And higher elbows

Well, after amicably, together

Let's all jump in place.

1. Must actively usehealing natural environmental factors: clean water, ultraviolet rays of sunlight, clean air, volatile properties of plants.

2. The child needscalm, friendly psychological climate.Quarrels in the presence of a child contribute to the emergence of neurosis in him or exacerbate existing disorders of the nervous system. All this significantly reduces the protective capabilities of the child's body. Immoderate prohibitions also give a negative result - “no”, “don't run”, “don't make noise”. Rigidly authoritarian upbringing contributes as little to the normal development of children as does the opposite extreme in the form of permissiveness.

3. Adults should not only protect the child's body from harmful influences, but also create conditions that help increase the child's body's defenses, its performance. And the important thing here iswell organized daily routine- these are optimally combined periods of wakefulness and sleep of children during the day. It satisfies their needs for food, activity, rest, physical activity, etc. The regime disciplines children, accustoms them to a certain rhythm. We, kindergarten workers, consider Monday a “hard” day, as many children refuse to eat, act up, get tired quickly, etc. It's not far from sickness. And the thing is that on Saturday and Sunday the children did not walk, did not sleep during the day, went to bed late in the evening - in a word, the entire day regimen strictly observed in kindergarten was violated. How to properly organize the daily routine? When is it better for a baby to have breakfast, lunch, play sports, play, walk, listen to music? Our memos will help you with this (distribute appendix 2).

4. Complete nutrition -inclusion in the diet of foods rich in vitamins A, B, C and D, mineral salts (calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, copper), as well as protein. A prerequisite for the rational nutrition of children of all ages is a variety of diets, both due to different products and methods of their preparation. Improving appetite and assimilation of food contributes to the beautiful design of dishes and table setting.

5. It is important for children develop an interest in self-healing. The sooner the child gets an idea about the structure of the human body, learns about the importance of hardening, movement, proper nutrition, sleep, the sooner he will be introduced to a healthy lifestyle. If the child is forcibly forced to engage in physical education, as well as to observe the rules of hygiene, then the child quickly loses interest in this.

6. To promote health and normalize weighteffective walking and running, contributing to an increase in overall endurance, strengthening the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, various muscle groups, joints and ligaments. It has been proven that running improves blood flow in all internal organs, including the brain. In addition, walking and running have a pronounced training effect and contribute to the hardening of the body.

Stage of practical activity.

Please stand in a circle. Imagine that this ball is your physical activity. Stand at a distance from the ball that would best demonstrate the proximity or distance to your physical activity. I want to offer you one of the options for increasing physical activity.

Today I brought my favorite jump ropes from childhood. The history of the modern jump rope began with an ordinary rope. Even the ancient Egyptians and Chinese twisted ropes and hemp ropes. They constantly had to jump over them so that they would not get confused. Children, after watching the adults, began to jump over short pieces of rope for fun. Which of the children can show their ability to jump rope? What about parents?

You can not only jump through the rope, but also play different games. Let's play.

The mobile game "The Elusive Skipping Rope".Children stand in pairs with their parents and sit back to back on chairs. A jump rope is placed under the chair. The players are running. At the signal "On the chairs!" sit on chairs and pull out a rope from under them. The first person to take the jump rope wins.

Mobile game "Moving rope".Two or three pairs of parents, taking the ropes, pull them on and walk around the playground, holding the ropes first at a height of 20 cm, and then raising it higher and higher. Children move freely around the playground, and when the leaders with a rope approach them, they jump over it. Whoever hits the rope is out of the game.

Mobile game "Week".Two parents pull the rope in the middle of the hall at a height of 5 cm (Monday), all participants in the game step over it. Then raise the rope by 10 cm (Tuesday), 15 cm (Wednesday), 20 cm (Thursday), 25 cm (Friday), 30 cm (Saturday), 35-40 cm (Sunday). Then the parents jump over the rope, the children are happy to watch how they do it.

Mobile game "Nimble hands, quick feet."The child folds the rope in half, takes it by the ends, twists it near the legs and jumps over it. Whoever gets confused is out of the game.

Mobile game "Fishing rod".A small weight is tied to the end of the rope. The participants of the game stand in a circle, the leader with a rope is in the center. The host spins the rope, the children jump over it. Whoever hits is out of the game.

- You jumped over a short rope, but it is no less interesting to jump over a long one.

Mobile game "Friendly trio".Two adults twist a long rope, and children run under the rope.

- Do you like jump rope games? Now you can actively relax with your children.
