We live in an era of crises and social change. The economic and value instability of society has a negative impact on our preschoolers. This is confirmed by children with disorders of psycho-emotional development, expressing emotions of anger with aggression, unable to negotiate, having difficulty adapting to life in a children's team, not respecting their friend, his feelings, moods and emotions.

Therefore, the problem of preserving not only the physical, but also the psychological health of preschool children, the formation of their emotional well-being is of particular importance. It is very important to teach preschoolers to accept themselves as they really are.

To solve this problem, it is necessary to create appropriate conditions, organize the subject environment. For this purpose, we have developed a model of the subject-developing environment in the kindergarten group “Corner of psychological relief “Little Country””.

Target: creation of appropriate conditions for the preservation and strengthening of the mental health of children and the provision of specially organized influences on preschoolers in a preschool institution.

We have identified the followingtasks:

    create an atmosphere of psychological comfort and emotional well-being, free creative and active personality;

    create conditions conducive to the development of arbitrary self-regulation of the psychophysical state and physical activity of children;

Each child has a photo on a loop, when they come to the group, the children hang their photo according to their mood: the sun or a cloud. If the mood changes, the children reposition their photo. “Mood Glade” attracts children and helps them understand their own emotions, the emotional states of others, and helps them master the means of emotional expression. The mirror of emotions performs the same task. The child sees himself and tells all the good things about himself, with the help of facial expressions, he learns to understand the condition of his comrades. The rest of the children prompt, learn to compliment each other, create their own positive image. The “Mood Glade” can be used at the beginning of the day to control the mood with which children come to kindergarten, or during the day, which makes it possible to track the comfort of routine moments.

To teach children conflict-free communication, didactic games “ABC of moods”, “What is good and what is bad”, “Theater of emotions”, etc. are used.

As equipment for the psychological corner, “Mood bags” are presented: Pouch of Joy" and "Pouch of Sadness". The pouches are tied with laces. If a child is in a bad mood, he can take a bag, untie the string and “put” his bad mood, resentment, anger into it, and then carefully tie it up. Then from another bag he takes a good mood, laughter, smile, joy.

The presence of modules in the group makes it possible to relax, view a photo album with group and family photos, which helps to relieve tension, cheer up.

In our group there is a game module - a mini dry pool. Its filler has a beneficial massage effect and contributes to the overall improvement of the psychophysical state, and it also has a number of unique sensory properties that relieve tension and fatigue, cheer up, strengthen the muscular system, and improve coordination of movements.

A variety of magical items: a hat, caps, wand, cloak, etc. help teachers, together with children, make wonderful journeys and transformations, make communication with children fabulous, full of pleasant surprises, not only during classes, but also in free play activities .

To relieve emotional stress and the ability to express such a negative emotion as anger in a form acceptable to others, “Angry Mat”, “Angry Target”, a soft pillow, screaming cups, a punching bag are used.

In the corner there is a basket with balls of multi-colored threads.

Their goal: to calm the naughty children, to teach them one of the methods of self-regulation. Winding bright yarn into balls, the child calms down.

Muscle relaxation is used to relieve stress and muscle tension. The ability to relax makes it possible to reduce the level of feelings by influencing the state of the body. This helps the child relieve tension, calm down, because complete muscle relaxation is incompatible with negative emotions and, as a result, leads to a calm and positive emotional state. We use a music center with an audio library of a relaxation orientation and a large set of texts for relaxations and visualizations, we also use the method of M. Chistyakova "Psycho-gymnastics" in our work.

Children, playing in a corner of psychological relief, feel much better, and, in addition, it is fun, funny and useful. This not only helps to relieve tension and fatigue, but it is also useful for children because it has a beneficial effect on the development of the child's vestibular apparatus.

For the education of aesthetic feelings and the opportunity to show their feelings on paper, a drawing corner was organized. All children's works are hung out at the art stand for parents.

And for parents in the waiting room there are consultations, recommendations and the “Box of good messages”, in which they leave good messages and wishes to their children. Teachers read them to the child during the day as needed, thus calming the child.

Thus, the subject-developing environment created by us allows us to provide maximum psychological comfort for each child, create opportunities for the development of cognitive processes, speech, and the emotional-volitional sphere.

The tasks of organizing a corner of psychological relaxation are universal for all groups of a children's preschool educational institution (DOE), however, there are still some nuances associated with the age of the pupils.

  1. Teaching self-regulation, communication, conflict resolution. This task is especially relevant for children of primary preschool age who have experienced or have just entered the crisis of three years, when the characteristic “I myself, mine” collides with the same message from their peers, which causes inevitable conflicts about who will play with one or another a toy, who will be the "water" in the game, etc.

I, as a psychologist working in a kindergarten, also faced such a problem as how to beautifully and visually design a stand in my office, and most importantly, do not spend a lot of time and money on it so that parents, teachers who come for advice pay attention to the stand and could learn a lot of useful and interesting things for themselves.

In my work, I used ordinary tiles for the ceiling, along the edges of the slats, painted with ordinary gouache or color mixed with acrylic white paint. For pockets, dense files were used, glued with self-adhesive along the edges. The letters are made from ordinary colored cardboard.

In general, I think that the stand turned out to be very colorful and visual, and most importantly, it is very fast and, if necessary, you can change the information.

I created the same stand for children, which is called "Games for children"- where various tasks and games for the development of all cognitive processes are placed.
