5. Cocktail – 200 ml. prepared (whipped in a blender or mixer) cocktail instead of the 1st meal. For best results, replace 2 meals.

Preparation of a nutritious cocktail: 2 tbsp. lie shake the Rouge cocktail with 200 ml. low-fat milk, juice or kefir and 1 tbsp. lie Lecithin until light foam appears .

6. Rutacel – 1 teaspoon 2 times a day 1 hour before meals.

7. Spices “Balance Doshas” Kapha-balance – add to food and cocktails to taste.
