One of the priorities in the formation of a healthy lifestyle in preschool children is the creation of motivation, training and instilling healthy lifestyle skills in preschool children.

An important direction in the formation of the foundations of a healthy lifestyle in children is a properly organized subject-spatial environment, primarily a motor subject-developing environment. It should be of a developing nature, be diverse, dynamic, transformable, multifunctional.

A feature of the subject-developing environment in accordance with the Federal State Standard can be non-traditional equipment that brings warmth of hands, imagination, creativity. The subject environment is of great importance for the development of children's activity, the formation of their initiative behavior and creativity. The environment can be monotonous and familiar, or it can become unusual and very attractive, when each child can find something for himself and come up with his own ways of acting with the chosen object.

For the full development of the child, it is necessary that in the motor activity he gets acquainted with as many various physical education aids and objects as possible.

Our task is to saturate the space of a group room with inexpensive, non-standard, multifunctional equipment and inventory that meets hygienic, anatomical, physiological, mental, and aesthetic requirements.

In the modern world, the problem of a healthy generation is the most acute. Analyzing the health indicators of children entering the preschool educational institution, we see that there is a predominance of the second and third health groups. Often ill children have the most common diseases: SARS, flat feet, poor posture. Modern children have become more passive, most of the time they spend watching TV or a computer, as a result of low rates of motor activity, physical endurance, strength qualities, and impaired coordination of movements. We faced the problem of how to involve children in physical exercises in order to strengthen and improve the body. An important point in this direction is the massage of the child's foot, the purpose of which is to influence the biologically active centers on the legs.

Why is a foot massage necessary?

We spend a huge part of our active life on our feet. But for some reason, we often forget to take care of the rest and the condition of our poor legs. But they need care no less than the face or hands. If we turn to ancient Chinese books on medicine, we can find a fairly truthful statement that human legs have a great resemblance to the roots of a tree. A developed root system speaks of its strength. When a tree dries out, its roots are the first to die. As people age, their legs are also the first to weaken.

There is no such person who would not run barefoot as a child. An unforgettable feeling of soft grass underfoot, cool river sand gives rise to a feeling of freedom in the soul. A modern urban child very rarely has the opportunity to walk barefoot. From early childhood, we walk in shoes (which, by the way, resemble “blocks”). Therefore, in recent years, flat feet has become one of the most common childhood diseases. This is far from a harmless disease. It can provoke various pains in the joints. Such diseases as osteochondrosis and scoliosis, herniated discs can also “join” flat feet. By the time they reach the age of seven, almost two-thirds of children acquire flat feet. It is better to start prevention of foot diseases from an early age, when the foot can be easily corrected.

What way can be found?

A good solution for those who are worried about the health of their feet is a massage mat. Its main task is to massage the foot, improve the blood supply to the body, develop muscles and joints, coordination of movements, allow the legs to rest, and also - which is especially important for young children - to properly form the arch of the foot. It has no age restrictions, is useful for adults and children, and has a beneficial effect on the health of the body as a whole. This will allow the child to have the correct position of the foot and a beautiful even gait, relieve the load from the legs.

Folk healers of the East, in the treatment of various diseases, used the fact that the surface of the foot is divided into certain zones associated with internal organs.

When a child walks barefoot on the beach, this is hardening.

When a child bathes in a river, lake, sea, this is also hardening.

When in the morning at the dacha the child washes on the street - and this is hardening.

If a child walks facing into the wind, does not even think about hardening, just like that - it's still hardening.

How to deal with the rug?

After a day's sleep, we lay out massage mats. Classes are best done in a playful way. We invite children to imagine a fairy-tale road and think of where it can lead, what obstacles must be overcome in this case (mountains, rivers, etc.). Children imagine themselves to be some kind of animals and move accordingly - they jump, walk on their heels, on their toes . We give complete freedom to children's imagination. The surface of the floor will be a swamp, and the elements of the rug will be bumps. It is interesting to jump on them "bunny" or "frog".
