MY HOUSE

OH, PAPA!

Hello dad, it's me
Hello, do you recognize me?
Eh, dad, well, why a long time ago
Have we been to the movies together?

Eh, dad! You have no time again
Play football with me
And you know, dad, you know, let
You will be delayed again by work.
I'll definitely wait
I so want to be with you!

SHAGGY GIFT

Every day from morning to night
We asked very, very much:
- Give us a puppy!
But in vain, and yet
There was only one answer for us:
- Do not ask! No and no!

Outside the window March is a prankster,
Mother's Day is coming.
Congratulations on this day
We solemnly bear

Our mother has three flowers
And shaggy....
puppy!

MOTHER'S TEARS

Why did I throw up again
Evil, cruel, nasty word?
How difficult it is for me to approach now,
How hard it is to say: "Mom, I'm sorry!"

I offended you, my dear, with words.
“But don’t cry,” I beg my mother,
Well, scold, punish me severely.
But just forgive me, don't be angry, for God's sake!

And my mother suddenly smiled sweetly
And quietly said: "I forgave you a long time ago."
I will never forget my mother's tears,
And I won't be rude to anyone.

LETTER TO GRANDMA

I will send a letter, a big letter,
Difficult, ordered!
Letter to letter, line to line,
Not even forgotten points
No mistakes, no blots,
There are eight stamps on the envelope!!
...Hello, Grandma Tanya,
Your granddaughter Ksyusha is writing to you.
I miss you so much
And I dream about the meeting.
I save you cookies
Come visit us on Sunday
I'm waiting, grandma, with impatience,
Definitely...with jam!!

GRANDSON AND GRANDFATHER

The grandson and grandfather stayed at home.
Grandfather cooked dinner:
Soup, scrambled eggs, sweet compote,
After dinner, they hide and seek
Decided to play with my grandson.
The grandson crawled under the bed.

There quietly snores
And looking after my grandfather.
I was looking for a grandson grandfather for a long time,
Slowly opened the buffet,

Got a box of chocolates
- Oh, what a pity that there is no grandson!
chocolate sweets,
Fanfiction is elegant.

I took the candy, and at the same moment
He heard an angry cry!
- Grandfather! It's time to stop
You taught yourself to always share.
Better sit quietly in a chair,
Grandfather, I'll tell you honestly:

You are dear and loved to me
Candy is bad for the elderly
I say it to everyone
saving you
I'll eat it myself!

TWO SONS

Vanya's today
From heels to crown
Black bastards!
And even curls
Black stick out!
Dirty. Very dirty
My brother came from a walk.
Mom is upset.
She doesn't smile.
Ivan in an instant
Spoiled the mood.
She will have to again
Wash all day long!

Today at Andryushka
From heels to crown
Greens everywhere!
And even curls
They stick out green.
green-pregreen
Little brother today!
And my mother doesn't complain.
Mom smiles!
Stroked Andrey.
He painted the bench
And even the whole balcony
He managed to paint
To everyone's surprise
Mom's birthday!

FAKE

Someone in the house
make-believe
Locked in the fridge
cat!!
Peppers in a teapot
ladle
Who poured
make-believe?!
Punish. whether.
Earring?
not really
make-believe?
He sheds tears.
Pours into the palm
Maybe. too
Make-believe?!

FINGERS

The soap lathers quickly.
Foaming. Not lazy.
Washes dirty fingers.
Washes white.
The fingers were different
All day business:
in paint.
And second
in putty.
Third
in plasticine.
Fourth
in shoe polish.
Fifth finger
in soot.
You can't even see your finger!
Washcloth.soap, foam
Fingers by all means
Washed clean.
And Gena will take it.
Back to business!

I WONDER WHY?

The son asks the father:
-I wonder why
Ear two. language is one.
Well, I don't get it, do I?
- Okay. what did you ask.
Let me explain, Ilyusha,
To talk less.
And LISTEN more!

LET IT PLAY

I always trust my grandfather with secrets.
How I dream of a fast rocket!
And so I waited. I waited hooray!!
My grandfather gave me a rocket yesterday.
I am very satisfied. and grandfather is happy.
In the morning we rushed to the garden with a gift.

How high the rocket flew!
I hug my beloved grandfather.
And his eyes sparkled.
Rocket plays for half an hour!!
And I stand at the bench and roar.
Tears drip right into the grass.
And yet I love my grandfather very much.
Let him play. I will suffer!

FAMILY CAKE

Dad was proud today!
He baked a huge ohm cake.
The cake is beautiful and fluffy.
But he was so salty
Surprisingly tasteless.
Papa walks sad, sad.

He explained to everyone
How he confused salt with sand
Said. What is clueless.
Sorry dad! Seen new
This is the Japanese recipe.
Sprinkle salt on each layer!

Oh. how surprised my mother was.
I was surprised. smiled
And then she said:
The hardest thing is always the beginning!
Forget the failure.
We will not bake in Japanese.
Let's bake a big one now
Delicious cake for the whole family!

LULLABY

The gentle sun rolled away.
Night has fallen in a dark blue shawl.
Our old city. sleep and rest.
Children fall asleep: bye-bye-bye.
Here she is swimming in a scarf. Slowly. moon
And she carries stars in a basket.
In the house, grandmother's song is only barely audible.
Bayu-bayu-bayushki-she sings everything.

Asterisks-freckles shine in the sky.
They are sleeping. hugging pillows. children in silence
Sandman-dream-dremushka.grandchildren-naughty
They will sleep until the sun rises.
Sleep. grandchildren-noodles. you must see.
Bay-bayu-bayushki solar dreams.

According to well-known child psychologists and specialists with extensive teaching experience, memorizing poems for children contributes to the harmonious upbringing of a small child and improves the memory of the baby. Reading children's poems with expression, memorization short verses (as well as separate paragraphs of long works) contributes to the development of fantasy and speech abilities, broadens the horizons and improves the understanding of the baby with his parents.

You can easily and simply interest your child in plot nursery rhymes. to get his attention. The kid can easily remember a short poem if you read it to the baby for several days in a row (preferably at the same time - for example, in the evening, before going to bed). For a child to be interested , enthusiastically. It is highly desirable to accompany the reading with facial expressions, to emphasize intriguing, funny moments in the text.

Fortunately, recently a lot of instructive, interesting and funny poems for children of different ages have appeared. Children's authors compose poems that will be of interest to very young preschool children and elementary school students. On the pages of the site you will find many for children 3, 4, 5-7 years of age and some of them are sure to please your boy or your girl.

1. RAIN, RAIN, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?..

Rain, rain, where have you been?
- I floated in the sky with a cloud!
- And then you crashed?
-Oh, no, no, it spilled with water,
Dripped, dripped down, fell -
I went right into the river!

And then I swam away
In the fast, blue-eyed river,
Loved with all my heart
Our Motherland is great!

Well, after it evaporated,
Attached to a white cloud,
And swam, I tell you
To distant countries, islands.

And now over the ocean
I'm drifting away with the fog!
Enough, the wind, continue to blow -
You need to sail back.

To meet the river
To rush with her to the native forest!
To love so that the soul
Our homeland is big.

So, wind, my friend,
With a cloud, we hurry home!
You, wind, drive us -
Send the cloud to the house!

Cause I miss home...
Well, I'll shake the cloud!
I'm in a hurry to get home...
I'll be back to you soon!

2. FOREST KINDERGARTEN

Along the forest path in a row
A large detachment hurries into the distance:
Bears, pigs and crickets,
Behind them - hamsters!

And ducklings rush after them,
Hurry after, kittens run,
And just like that, they all rush in a row -
So where is the squad going?

And the squad hurries there,
Where is the hut by the pond,
Where they sing merrily
Where compote is served
Where they feed delicious porridge,
Introduce doll Masha!
So where are they all headed?
Well, of course - in kindergarten!

Everyone will have fun there
Run, jump and learn!
And there are toys there - well, the sea!
Everyone is playing in the open
So the little animals rush in a row -
Hurry to kindergarten!

So good guys
Be, be like animals
As they march in line
With mom, dad in kindergarten.

They are waiting for you there! You are missed
You will be welcomed there!
Everyone will be glad to see you there -
Love your kindergarten!

3. IMPORTANT MEETING, OR WHAT TO GIVE TO MOMMS

Everything in the forest makes noise, sings -
Mother's Day is coming!
We all need to talk about:
What will we give mothers?

Monkey dads will say:
- We will buy bananas for moms!
To cook all year round
We have a banana compote.

Hamster dads will say:
- We will buy hooks for moms!
To day-to-day to night
We knitted sweaters!

They will say, daddy bears will say:
- Buy-buy mothers covers!
We will buy jars, roots -
Let moms cook jam!

Well, a bunny on the edge
Rushing into the distance, spreading his ears,
Hey, wait! Where are you?
- I'm in a hurry to buy flowers!
After all, why donate hooks?
Oh, you bears, hamsters!

For moms to rest
So that they flutter like little birds,
Let's love moms!
Let's give them flowers!

So stop thinking too much!
All follow me on the road!
For a gift - the most hour!
They are waiting for us with mom's flowers.

And where to get flowers - we will find!
Let's go to the forest with their mothers,
Mom's Day is a big day...
We love mom with all our hearts!

4. MONKEYS IN A CAGE-CAGE

- Children-children! We're in a cage here
Bring us meatballs!
We are at the zoo
What they bring us, we eat.

- Monkeys in a cage,
Don't eat meatballs!
We know this for a long time
Seen in movies, in movies!

Eat, monkeys
You are nuts and bagels,
Fruits, berries, halva
And green grass.

And don't get mad in a cage cage
That we did not take cutlets,
What are we laughing here, sitting
We've been watching you all day.

Brought to you, monkeys,
We are fruits and bagels,
Pears, apples, halva,
Got the juicy grass!

You eat everything in a cage-cage!
We rarely visit you
Because later in the day
We will bring you berries.

So that you know, monkeys -
Let us go to you early in the morning,
Let's make noise! But we love you
Don't get mad at us.

5. SMOKER UNCLE

Like at a buffet table
Uncle smokes - a pillar of smoke!
Throw away, uncle, a cigarette -
Smoked all around!

Well, why are you smoking, uncle?
And you don't listen to the doctor;
You turned black like a storm
Like locusts in the south!

You poison everyone, uncle,
And you don't take care of yourself
You smoke all the time, looking at the wall!
You will burn everything inside yourself.

Better, uncle, would the kids
You fed the homeless!
How many money, rubles
Did you smoke for nothing?

I learned, uncle, firmly -
We need to take care of ourselves!
And one thing I know for sure
I'll throw cigarettes in the oven!

6. RAIN DROPS

Veronica got sad
The rain is pouring - and drip, and drip!
Sweet strawberry dish
Do not raise at all
Her mood is so boring!
And it's getting dark outside.
Well, why are you like this, clouds,
Are you watering my house?

Look, Veronica, -
These are raindrops
Wanting your strawberry
They ask for a visit, waking up.
On the window - knock and knock -
There is a booming sound;
Knock them back
Smile, say hello!

Bored in a gloomy cloud,
Raindrops in the sky;
Because they jump on the roof
And they rage, waking everyone up;
Play, Veronica,
With them fun in return;
Treat them with strawberries
Smile at them - hello!

7. A LITTLE OFFICER, OR THE STORY OF A LITTLE BOY

Let me be a little eroshka
Let me twist the words!
But I dream a little
Be bolder than a gray-haired lion.

Mom wants a diplomat
Make me in the future;
Dad wants a lawyer
To become me once.

I listen to them seriously
And I nod back at them;
And then skipping to the grandfather,
Ask him for advice.

"I don't want to be a diplomat,
I don't want to be a lawyer!
I will be a soldier of the Motherland! -
I will shout out loud to my grandfather.

Well, you, beloved grandfather,
Smile as always
“Oh, my dear fidget!
You will be an officer - yes!

I will hear you, grandfather,
I will become a general!
Let me be a fidget now -
Now that's my dream!

And I'll tell you at dinner
Mom, dad and cat
What will I go, my dear grandfather,
I'm at the military institute.

I'll be busy there -
All sciences to study!
There they will teach me boldly
Mom, dad to protect!

And shoulder straps on the shirt,
Dark leather belt
Both boots and cap
I'm not too lazy to clean!

And all the girls are fervently
Will smile at me
How do I go home in uniform
To uncle, aunt - all relatives!

Let me be a little eroshka
Let me not be an adult!
Here's a little like this
Defend the country dream!

8. GOAT-GOAT

Oh you goat-goat!
You're all playing, dereza!
You are chewing all the grass!
You don't give rest
You goosebumps and bugs -
You trample your feet here and there!

Do you want to sing songs, play
Yes headbutting;
It's just time to sleep!
From dew the earth is cheese,
River in the haze of a blanket
Sweet sleep - cold!

The noise died away behind the hill;
Here is an autumn leaf with a curtain
At night, the mushroom wrapped in the forest,
And without legs snores inflated
Kind grandfather bear;

Enough, goat, make noise!
Stop jumping!
Time to sleep…
Mother nature sleeps for a long time.

Poems for the youngest children (age: 3 to 6 years)

Learning poetry with children is not an easy task! To begin with, it is important to give the baby time to calm down after active games. After that, you need to come up with a good enough reason why he needs to learn this or that rhyme at all.

The argument "for the development of memory" of the child is unlikely to convince. From memorizing poems, you need to make a fun and exciting game, giving this process a competitive character, or stimulating the baby in another way suitable for him. You can say that you need to learn poetry so that the child will then be taken to school. Naturally, it is important that the child really wants to go to school as soon as possible.

In the process of memorizing poems, you can use your child's favorite toys, play role-playing with them or among themselves. Pretend to be actors learning a play or play "school" together. The most important thing is that the child should be interested and have fun, and children's memory, which is distinguished by a very strong susceptibility, will do its job by itself!

And now I bring you some of your favorite poems that you and your children will really like!

SNEGIRI

The snowmen have arrived!
How many of them: one, two, three!
sat on a tree,
Looked out the window...
Come out, Andryusha,
Look, listen
Count us quickly:
How many guests do you have?
invite us to your house
Treat with grain.
Let's eat wheat
And let's drink some water...
Let's wave our wings -
And thanks!" let's say.

IN KINDERGARTEN

Kindergarten, kindergarten!
You are always happy guys!
Books and toys are waiting for us,
And balls and rattles...
We go to kindergarten in the morning.
Very happy kid.
We lead, we lead a round dance:
Possibly backwards.
You can - jump and jump,
And invite your friends.
Played and sang
Relax on the bench sat down ...
And now, kids
It's time to dine!

Z. Orlova

THIS IS SO HELP!

We are at the cottage to help
Let's go with my brother again!
Just came to the garden -
Oh, the nettle burned!
It hurts, but I don't cry.
We are working in the country.
Field, field in order ...
Exhausted from the heat.
We looked at the garden
No carrots, for herbs ...

Z. Orlova

WHAT WILL GIVE SUMMER?

- What will you give me, summer?
- Lots of sunshine!
Rainbows in the sky!
And daisies in the meadow!
What else will you give me?
- The key ringing in silence,
Pines, maples and oaks,
strawberries and mushrooms!
I will give you a cuckoo
So that, going out to the edge,
You shouted louder to her:
"Guess me quickly!"
And she answers you
Guessed for many years!

IF I WAS A GIRL

If I were a girl
I wouldn't waste my time!
I wouldn't jump on the street
I would wash my shirts
I would wash the floor in the kitchen,
I would sweep the room
I would wash cups, spoons,
I'd peel the potatoes myself
All my own toys
I would put it in place!
Why am I not a girl?
I would love to help my mom!
Mom would have said:
"Well done, son!"

SUNDAY

Sunday is lucky!
Sundays are needed!
Because Sunday
Mom makes pancakes.
Dad washes cups for tea.
Wipe them together
And then we the whole family
We drink tea with pancakes for a long time.
And a song flows through the window,
I'm ready to sing myself
It's good when we're together
Even if there are no pancakes.

SHIP

Sailing, sailing boat
golden ship,
Carry, carry gifts,
Gifts for you and me.

Sailors on deck
They whistle, scurry, rush.
Sailors on deck
Fourteen mice.

Sailing, sailing boat
To the west, to the east.
Ropes - cobwebs.
And the sail is a petal.

A duck is leading a boat
Experienced sailor.
- Land! said the duck. -
Moor! Quack!

MARY

Little Mary
Big loss:
Her right shoe is missing.
In one she jumps
And weeping piteously,
It is impossible without another!

But, dear Mary,
Don't cry for the loss.
Right foot boot
We'll sew you a new one
Or buy ready
Yes, just look - take care!

CUCKOO

Here is a forest bird -
It's called a cuckoo.
In the forest, she is a branch of every girlfriend.
She eats caterpillars in a day
No less than it weighs itself!
These caterpillars are called "hairy",
They are not eaten by other birds!

RAINBOW

A. Pavlova

Raindrops, raindrops

Rain all around!

And we are on the path

We run barefoot.

Raindrops, raindrops

Raindrops everywhere!

And our shoes

They float on the water.

And the rain is warm

And mushroom rain

running barefoot

On the path with me.

I called out:

stay

It's nice to be with you!

BUTTERFLY

A. Pavlova

I'm at the yellow butterfly

Quietly asked:

Butterfly, tell me

Who colored you?

Maybe it's buttercup?

Maybe a dandelion?

Maybe yellow paint

That neighbor boy?

Or is it the sun

After winter boredom?

Who colored you?

Butterfly, tell me!

The butterfly whispered

Dressed in gold

Colored me all over

Summer, summer, summer!

TRAFFIC LIGHTS

V. Mikhailov

He stands at the crossroads

Striped, as in a sailor suit.

The children were surprised at the same time:

Why does he have three eyes?

Red - stop all movement.

Yellow is our respect.

It has been called for a long time

Very simple - a traffic light.

Zhuchkin's worries

M. Alexandrova

"Woof!" - alarm in the yard -

"Cat Duska is in a kennel!

It's warm and soft inside

Like under the sun on the grass!

Only this house is mine!

Duska, scat! Go home!

If you won't listen to me

I'll beat your ears!"

Duska got out:

"Moore! I don't need your house!"

WHY ARE YOU NOT FRIENDS WITH SEREZHA?

S. Volosevich

They do not want to be friends with Serezha.

What is the reason? Who will help?

He began to play with Irinka,

But he broke her car.

I ran after the ball with Slava

And pushed him into the ditch.

Our Sergey is used to jokes -

Kolya showed his tongue.

He shouted loudly to the kids:

Hey little ones, can I join you?

Nobody needs Sergei.

Why aren't they friends with him?

MY KITTEN

A. Vishnevskaya

I bathe a kitten

I'll put him to bed

There will be a little kitten

Sleep on a clean pillow.

Only a kitten is hiding

He sits under the bed.

If he suddenly sees water,

Meow, meow, he says.

What a stupid kitten!

Won't take him to bed

And I won't give you my pillow.

Let him go to sleep on the mat!

My kitten sat down and washes

His paw tongue.

Okay, cat, just washed

You lay down next to me!

RAIN

A. Vishnevskaya

I am not walking today.

I'm sitting looking out the window

Rain pours puddles

The rain doesn't care!

The rain is dripping without knowing

What's the first time today

Me with flowers and a briefcase

I'm going to first grade.

"Rain, rain, don't mess around"

I'll tell him quietly.

"I'm going to school today

And I'll sit at the desk."

Rain dripped, dripped, dripped,

And then suddenly it stopped.

He must have heard

I also ran to school!

I LOVE GRANDMA

A. Vishnevskaya

It's cold outside

And the snow is coming.

The cat squints sleepily.

Sings songs.

Grandma and I are side by side

We sit by the window.

On white snowflakes

We look through the window.

I'm good with my grandmother

sit side by side,

talk to her

And look out the window.

I'm in my grandmother's ear

Quietly I say:

"Grandmother dear,

I love you!"

FUNGUS

A. Vishnevskaya

I'll get up very early in the morning

I'll wake up my mom and dad.

Get together mom and dad

I'll show you a mushroom!

I saw him yesterday.

He is under a tree in the forest,

Gather for mushrooms!

I'll bring it to you!

We took a basket with us.

And put on boots.

We found a path in the forest.

Well, wait a mushroom!

We have been looking for mushrooms for a long time.

Many of them were found in the forest.

And we got the basket

And then they went home.

I WORK AS A CHILD

A. Vishnevskaya

I'll get up and wake up my mother.

I'll put on my pants.

I wash myself. And I'll drink tea

And don't forget the book.

A job is already waiting for me.

I have to work hard!

Eat porridge, take a walk,

Sleep, have fun!

I'm at work all day

I sing, I sculpt, I dance.

Then I'll drink, I'll eat again

And I'll draw a letter.

And if you ask me

I will answer very loudly:

"I'm in the garden, I'm in the garden

Working as a child!

Dear readers, we welcome you to the pages of our site! Have you tried to calculate how many verses your baby knows by heart? Just one or two? This is very, very little. All experts in preschool education unanimously say that memorizing even short rhymes contributes to the development of the child's fantasy and imagination, expands his vocabulary, and improves memory. So let's fill in the gaps and talk about which verses for children 4-5 years old are recommended for reading and how to teach them correctly with a child.

The importance of poetry for the development of the crumbs is difficult to overestimate. They instill in the baby the best human qualities - love for relatives, respect for others, respect for nature, diligence, empathy for other people's troubles.

It has been noticed that a small child perceives a rhymed text more easily than prose, since its monotony tires the baby. Psychologists attribute this to the fact that the melodiousness and melodiousness of the verses resemble lullabies that mother sings to her little one. No wonder most children's authors write their works in verse.

What poems to read to children at 4-5 years old

There is a wide variety of poems for younger preschoolers. The most understandable and interesting for the child are the so-called plot verses, in which the characters participate in any events, perform various actions.

Read to the baby a poem by S. Ya. Marshak “A Quiet Tale”:

You will read this story
Quiet, quiet, quiet...

Once upon a time there was a gray hedgehog
And his hedgehog.

The gray hedgehog was very quiet
And the hedgehog too.
And they had a child
Very quiet hedgehog.

The whole family go for a walk
At night along the paths
Hedgehog-father, hedgehog-mother
And a baby hedgehog.

Along the deaf autumn paths
They walk quietly: top-top-top ...

Or the work of S. V. Mikhalkov "Uncle Styopa" that does not lose its relevance:

In the house of eight fraction one
At the outpost of Ilyich
There lived a tall citizen
Nicknamed Kalancha,

By the name of Stepanov
And by the name of Stepan,
Of the regional giants
The most important giant.

Your little one will also like the magnificent fairy tale in the verses of A. Barto “The Ignorant Bear”:

Mom had a son -
The teddy bear is small.
In my mother was a figure -
In a brown bear.

The she-bear will settle down
Under the tree, in the shade
The son will sit next to
And so they lie.

He will fall - "Oh, poor thing!" -
His mother takes pity on him.
Smarter in the reserve
Can't find the baby!

To make the kid interested in a fairy tale poem, read it with expression, changing intonations and speaking for each character in different voices. Accompany reading with facial expressions and gestures, focus the crumbs on the most dramatic or funny moments. Do not forget to immediately explain to the little one the meanings of words and expressions unknown to him.

After reading, be sure to discuss the poem with your child, ask him questions, offer to memorize a small passage by heart.

Children 4-5 years old will like poems about animals, they will listen to them with pleasure. Funny and sad, funny and instructive lines awaken in the child's soul feelings of tenderness, joy, compassion and responsibility for those who need help.

Here are a few poems that will surely interest the crumbs:

Like our squirrel
Teeth are very small
small, white,
On a nut are chiseled.
Marks on the snow -
Know, jumped off the branch.

(N. Vengrov)

The hare lay down on a hillock,
Decided to take a nap.
And while he slept sweetly,
The first snow fell on the ground.
Here the gray hare woke up,

Surprised:
- What's the matter?
I was gray, and I became white,
Who changed my clothes?

(I. Pivovarova)

Our cat is sick.
Doesn't fit in the window
Don't play with the tail
Not chasing a ball
And he doesn't run after the ball.
I will be her doctor.
I'll put a thermometer on her.
I'll take a phonendoscope.
I'll make her lay down
I'll tie a compress on my forehead.
Dissolve the tablet in water
And pour into the cat's mouth.
Maybe our cat
Suddenly got a stomach ache?

(V. Ivchenko)

Reading poems about animals can be timed to coincide with a visit to the zoo with the baby. Read to your child a funny poem by S. Ya. Marshak “Where the sparrow dined” or watch a cartoon based on it.

Invite your child to do something useful for our little brothers together - for example, build a bird feeder or shelter a kitten.

Children's poems about various professions instill diligence in the child, respect for people, enrich his life experience. Start with the famous work of Gianni Rodari "What do crafts smell like":

Every business
Special smell:
The bakery smells
Test and muffin.

Past the carpentry
You go to the workshop -
Smells like shavings
And a fresh board.

The house painter smells
Turpentine and paint.
Smells like a glazier
Window putty.

Driver's jacket
Smells like gasoline.
Worker's blouse -
Machine oil.

Smells like a confectioner
Nutmeg.
Doctor in a bathrobe
Pleasant medicine.

loose earth,
Field and meadow
Smells like a peasant
Following the plow.

Fish and sea
Smells like a fisherman.
Only idleness
Doesn't smell at all.

No matter how much you choke
rich slacker,
Very unimportant
It smells guys!

Tell your child that all professions are interesting and honorable, the main thing is to be a master of your craft. Read a few poems by B. Zakhoder:

Chauffeur

Kachu,
I'm flying
At full speed.
I am a driver myself.
And he is a motor.
I press
On the pedal
And the car
Rushing into the distance!

Dressmaker

All day today
Shew.
I put on
Whole family.
Wait a bit, cat, -
There will be clothes for you too!

locksmith

I need things like this:
Hammer,
Vise
And ticks
Key,
File
And a hacksaw
And all you need is
Skill!

A child of 4–5 years old can already read the works of A. S. Pushkin “The Tale of the Golden Cockerel”, “The Tale of Tsar Saltan” and others before going to bed. However, it should be remembered that a long narrative can tire a small listener, so it is better to break reading into several evenings.

After the age of four, a child's memory begins to develop rapidly. It is this age that experts consider the most favorable for the beginning of memorizing poems.

How to teach poetry with a child

If from birth you talk a lot and often with your little one, sing songs to him, tell fairy tales and nursery rhymes, read poetry, then memorizing rhyming lines for your baby will not be difficult. If memorizing verses is given to the crumbs with great difficulty, then use the recommendations of the experts that we give:

  • Much depends on the choice of the poem. The product must correspond to the age and temperament of the baby. In children's literature, there are many poems suitable for preschoolers. The poems of K. Chukovsky, A. Barto, S. Mikhalkov, S. Marshak, E. Blaginina and others are easy to learn.
  • Children are very fond of various holidays. Tell your child that you are learning a rhyme to wish a happy birthday to grandma or for Grandfather Frost. This is a great incentive for the little ones.
  • First of all, read the poem to your child. Try to do it not monotonously, but emotionally and with expression. If there are words in the text that the child does not understand, be sure to explain their meaning to him.
  • Find illustrations for the poem and review them with your child. After that, read the verse to him a few more times.
  • There are several ways to memorize poetry. The most effective, in our opinion, is auditory: you read the line and repeat it with the child. After learning the first verse and repeating it several times, move on to the second, and so on.
  • After the poem is learned, invite the child to illustrate it or make a craft. In the process of creativity, repeat poetic lines, fixing them in the memory of the child. In a drawing or craft, be sure to write the title of the work, the author and the date when the baby learned the verse. By doing this, you will encourage the child to replenish their literary achievements, and at the same time count them. We hope, dear parents, that next time, when asked how many verses your little one knows by heart, you will show a whole collection of drawings and crafts.

So, we have found out that reading and memorizing poems at 4–5 years old is a very important and necessary educational and educational moment, since it is:

  • expands the horizons of the child;
  • instills a love for the word;
  • enriches the speech of the crumbs;
  • gives impetus to the creative inspiration of the baby.
