Knitting bracelets from beads. Bead strand: diagram of the product in different techniques with step-by-step instructions

Antipyretics for children are prescribed by a pediatrician. But there are emergency situations with fever when the child needs to be given medicine immediately. Then the parents take responsibility and use antipyretic drugs. What is allowed to be given to infants? How can you lower the temperature in older children? What medications are the safest?

Beaded strands are one of the most popular beaded jewelry. After all, they are completely universal, so they can be worn with pendants and pendants or worn on their own. There are many types of weaving strands. In our article we will tell you how to weave a simple braid: a diagram of each type of weaving will help you determine the most suitable braid option for you.

What types of bead strands are there?

So, let's look at the different types of these products.

Square

Weaving a rope of beads using the tetrahedral method is the simplest, so we will start with it. It is enough to follow each stage prescribed in the following diagram:

The result should be a bundle like this:

Another name for it is a square tourniquet. It is popular because you can weave a variety of shapes with it, and you can weave it anywhere - the main thing is to understand the principle.

Turkish

In addition to the square tourniquet, the Turkish tourniquet is also very popular. Turkish tourniquet is one of the types of knitted tourniquet. It knits quickly enough and you can easily make strands that look completely different, using all kinds of beads, pebbles, and glass beads.

As a result, you should get something like this:

Weaving technique

There is a master class on how to weave a strand of beads, which will tell you in detail and in photographs about the amazing technique that allows you to create such stylish jewelry:

So, in our master class we will try to crochet a Turkish bracelet using beads.

Necessary materials:

  • Beads (2 colors);
  • Beads (1mm);
  • Accessories for jewelry (fixer for ends);
  • Lock;
  • Rings for connection;
  • Caps for beads;
  • Chain;
  • Threads (according to the color of the beads), for example Iris. Thickness - No. 10;
  • Pins with hats;
  • Hook 0.9;
  • Needle (long);
  • Pliers.

Making a harness bracelet

1) To get a bracelet about 16cm long, we put 9 white beads and one silver bead on a thread (each such block is called a “rapport”). And we alternate them until the length of the thread with beads becomes 2 meters. The last one is a silver bead.

2) Make a knot on the thread and knit 10 air loops, which are closed in a circle using a single crochet.

3) We knit single crochets in a circle. There are 10 loops in each row. So you need to knit 2 rows, after which we begin to weave beads. It is necessary to move one rapport closer to the hook, which needs to be placed under the loop and pick up the thread with the bead.

4) Next, you need to pull out the thread and leave the bead on the front side, turning the bracelet back towards you. You need to turn the bead sideways and start knitting it in a column. And pull the thread into the loop. And this is how the entire rapport is knitted (10 beads).

5) Then the next row is knitted. To do this, you need to insert the hook into the loop with the bead along the bead. The bead that is in the first row is turned so that it is to the right of the hook. On the first bead in the row there is a second one, and so on.

6) It is important that the beads do not get lost in the row. To do this, the beads that are already woven into the thread need to be lifted up with the holes, and those not woven in - with the holes sideways. And so we knit a tourniquet of the length we need.

7) You need to take a pin with a head, and press the head so that it takes the shape of a hook. The tip is bent and the pin is threaded through the tip of the tourniquet. The hat is pressed tightly against the pin. The cap is placed on the harness and pin. Next, you need to bend the pin at an angle of 90 degrees to the cap. We remove the excess. The tail should be about 1 cm.

9) Attach a chain and a lock to both sides of the bracelet. The rings are connected. You can also hang beads on the chain.

As a result, we get a wonderful bracelet

The patterns on the strands can be very different, the main thing is to strictly follow the order of the set of beads, which is dictated by the patterns of knitted strands of beads.

We wish you success in weaving and knitting bead flagella!

Video tutorials for beginners

Hello, friends! Creativity fascinates me in all its manifestations. I always want to learn something new and create with my own hands. I think many will understand me, because they themselves are fond of embroidery, knitting, sewing and other types of needlework. And you must agree that you want to learn and try more and more, to expand the boundaries of your knowledge in the field of needlework. Now I'm interested in beadwork and I'm trying to learn something new. I have already shared with you my achievement in bead embroidery in one of the previous articles - a butterfly pendant. And so, inspired by the work of craftswomen in one of the VKontakte groups, I decided to try knitting a rope of beads. Yes, yes, exactly crocheting from beads. This technique allows you to create amazing works.

I read a lot about how knitting bead ropes is very difficult, so I was patient and started to figure everything out from the very beginning. So I’m sharing with you my achievements and understanding of the process of creating a strand of beads only from the point of view of an amateur, not a professional. Although, who knows, maybe there is still more to come.

About crocheted beaded strands:

Harnesses can be knitted in one color or with a pattern. They are knitted either on denim threads or on iris threads. There are also several ways to knit strands with a half-crochet, single crochet and double crochet (Russian method).

The ropes can be knitted in different thicknesses - from 6 beads in diameter to 30 beads.

For beginners, it is easier to knit thinner ropes. It is believed that from 6 to 12 beads in diameter it is easier to knit semi-stitch, and thick beads from 13 to 30 beads in diameter are easier to knit in a stitch. I studied on a strand of 12 beads.

To knit a rope we will need:

Iris thread – 1 ball;

Beads – 2 colors, 30 g each.

2 colors, 15 gr.

Hook – thickness 1.0 or 0.75 mm;

Bead needle or thin wire;

Mat for beads;

How to draw a diagram for a harness yourself:

Let's analyze the scheme we chose. At first glance, everything is complicated, but it only seems so. A strand with a pattern is obtained due to the fact that beads in a certain quantity and in a certain sequence are collected onto a thread. So, how to read a bead strand pattern?

Here is the diagram according to which I will weave the rope.

The top line on the right indicates how many beads the rope will consist of. Its width is 12 beads.

The line below shows how many beads there are in the rapport (a pattern that repeats).

Notice the three color schemes. The first signed Draft shows how the beads will lie when weaving. The second Corrected diagram shows the diagram in a spread as a mosaic. And the last third Simulation diagram shows us what the finished harness will look like.

To make it easier to collect beads, there are colored columns on the side called a report. Each square represents a color from the chart, and the number next to it is the number of beads of that color that need to be placed on the thread. The set starts from the top of the left column, and the subsequent columns are typed from top to bottom.

What is a dictation machine for setting beads onto a rope:

How to calculate the number of beads per thread for knitting a rope:

To knit a product you need to collect a certain number of reports. For example, I am planning to knit a rope 40 cm long. This means that I need to multiply the desired length by the number of beads in the circle.

40×12=480 mm.

That is, 4m. You need to collect 80 cm of beads to tie a rope 40 cm long.

Now that we have figured out all the nuances in reading patterns for beads, we can proceed directly to creativity.
I decided to knit a rope of beads 45 cm long, so I’m picking up 5m. 40 cm of beads per thread according to the repeat. I remind you that the set must begin from the left column from top to bottom, and subsequent columns from top to bottom. I used iris thread, you can also use denim threads.

What threads are suitable for knitting strands of beads:

The harness is knitted with ordinary air loops, it all depends on the location of the beads. We create the first loop and immediately knit it, tighten it so that its size is slightly smaller than the bead. We pull the first bead to the loop, grab the thread behind the bead and make a loop.

Move the next bead and do the same. This is how we knit 12 beads, because the harness is designed for exactly this number of beads in a circle. I close the circle by inserting the hook into the first loop from the first bead and pulling the thread through two loops. I begin to knit the second row of the rope: I move the first bead, insert the hook into the loop with the first knitted bead, push it down, as you can see in the photo.

Now I grab the thread with a crochet hook and thread it through two loops; I knit the subsequent beads in the same way. When knitting, the threads should not be loose, otherwise they will be visible and the beads will fall inside the strand.

If you collect a lot of beads at once for a long rope length, then I advise you to count out 12 beads each time for knitting. The fact is that in the first rows the beads do not lie evenly and you can easily get confused and knit either fewer or more beads in the circle.

If you knit 3-5 cm of the rope, you can see that the beads are level and further knitting the rope will be a pleasure.

This activity is very exciting and enjoyable. I also recommend watching a video on knitting a rope, thanks to which I learned how to knit a rope in a half-column.

I will say that I did not immediately manage to knit a rope of beads, and during the breaks between work I did not give up trying to master this technique. In total, I spent 3 weeks creating my first strand of beads, and for 4 days I tried to knit the first rows correctly. As they say: “If only there is a desire.” I hope that you will find this technique interesting and will inspire you to new creative impulses.

And in one of the following articles I will tell you how to decorate the ends of the harness using fittings.

Creative success to you!

Today, I will present to you, perhaps, the easiest and simplest MK for creating a bracelet from a knitted rope. Many craftswomen are already familiar with the technique of knitting with beads, but for those who are just learning, my article about It describes in detail each step of knitting a rope and provides step-by-step photographs. I think such information will be useful for beginners. Well, today’s master class will help those who already knit ropes and make bracelets. Also, many people ask the question: how to make a flat bracelet from a rope? From my own experience, I learned that it is not difficult at all. Well, let's get down to the most important thing.

You will be interested! What is a dictation for tourniquets:

Materials you will need to create a harness bracelet:

Beads for a rope (colors correspond to the chosen pattern, but you can also make one color);

Hook 0.75;

Denim thread;

Beading needle;

Elastic band – 5 cm.

Which threads to choose for knitting with beads:

How to make a flat bracelet from a rope:

First, let's decide on the diagram for the harness and its volume. Of course, you can make a monochromatic bracelet; such a bracelet also looks very good. Typically, flat bracelets are made from thick strands, that is, from 20 to 40 beads. I have not yet decided on such work, and conducted my own experiment, knitting a rope of 18 beads. Anyone who has knitted fat ropes knows that during the knitting process such ropes become flattened, and often the craftswomen have to fill them with something. I think it was precisely because of this small problem that they came up with the idea of making flat jewelry from rope. So, if you know how to knit a rope in a column, then knit the rope to the desired length, I just tried it on my hand. My bracelet turned out to fit well, and you can use your size as a guide. For interested beginners, I recommend reading the article about the stitch knitting technique; I gave the link at the beginning of the article. I also attach my diagram and file with dbb format.

So, here is my finished flagellum, 17 cm long. The photo shows that I have already flattened it.

But now you need to secure this shape to the end so that the sides of the decoration do not bend. I insert the elastic 1.5 - 2 cm inside. I bend the knitted edges of the thread inward and begin to sew well between the beads.

You should not tighten the stitches too much, since the knitted beads will tilt in their direction, and the texture of the bracelet will be disrupted. Having sewn the elastic band well, I move the needle to one side and stitch it.

Not reaching 2 cm from the second end of the harness, I tuck the elastic into it and sew it again. At this time, you can measure your hand again to see if your hand will pass through the bracelet loosely or tightly. Do not make it too tight, as this will cause the elastic to stretch faster. If you are satisfied with the result, you can safely sew the elastic to the second side. Now we return the needle to the side that has not yet been stitched and stitch it.

When starting to work on creating a thing, you must study all the nuances and features in order to choose the right materials and tools, successfully choose the model and method of knitting, and knit a test sample. Choose threads that are strong and smooth; knitting tools - matched to threads. Before you start working, you need to determine for yourself the location of the beads in the product. This can be an arbitrary arrangement of beads, regardless of the size and color of the beads in the knitted fabric, or you can set a certain rhythm, create a pattern or ornament with their help.

The models, patterns and diagrams offered in a number of magazines can serve as a starting point for imagination; in any case, the choice will be yours. If you want to arrange the beads in a certain order, then you must knit a sample, having first drawn a pattern on paper (preferably graph paper). When performing such work, it is better to strictly adhere to the knitting pattern. Products involving the use of beads require certain skills, patience and time investment than usual (you need to string the beads on a knitting thread). But these things always pay off with interest - they look extremely elegant and attract attention with a certain “mystery” of execution.

Braided strands of beads are quite a modern and very fashionable accessory. The harness is a woven cord. It can be either tightly woven, or lace or openwork. The thickness of the bundles varies depending on desires and needs. An elegant accessory came to the modern world from antiquity. A long time ago, craftswomen made a ribbon that was flat, and then sewed it into a cord.

The process of making cords has now been slightly modernized, and the accessory has received different shapes: square, spiral, outer braid. The original decoration in the form of a rope is in demand due to its versatility. They can be worn as a separate piece of jewelry or combined with various pendants or chains.

One of the ways to make ropes is knitting. Such cords are quite elegant and look great, and the variety of patterns for them will allow you to create a decoration that will suit both a specific outfit and be universal.

In order to understand the process of making jewelry, learn its secrets and learn the technique, consider a knitted beaded cord.

A matter of technology

Before you start making a bracelet, it is better to try to make a small pattern. This way you will understand both the weaving technique and how all the objects behave in your hands.

To make a test pattern, you will need:

  • Beads of different colors.
  • Needle for stringing beads.
  • Knitting thread for weaving lace.
  • Number one hook.

To create a pattern, you need to understand the pattern, understand it and study it in detail. The accessory can be made either according to a ready-made design, or you can create it yourself in a special program.

We will try our hand at creating a rope using multi-colored beads. The basis of the strand is made up of 7 beads, and below is the weaving pattern itself.

At first glance, everything may seem either overly complicated or too simple. Let's figure it out. At the top right, you can see how wide the rope will be; for us it is equal to seven beads.

  • Draft – represents the pattern diagram in expanded form.
  • Corrected – has a mosaic appearance, the pattern itself is woven.
  • Simulation is a type of finished product.

To make it easier to string beads and determine their number, as well as the order, they are duplicated in separate columns located on the right.

Weaving a pattern

Once you have figured out the pattern, you can start weaving the pattern.

  • As a result, we have the following view:

  • Then you need to pass the hook under the blue bead located in the first row and grab the thread behind the next blue bead located in the second row.

Note:

When you knit a bracelet, pay close attention to the beads of the new row. They should lie directly on top and to the right of the beads of the row that was before. Because of this, we recommend holding your beads while knitting. To add volume to the braid, its weaving must be done on a special basis; if it is missing, then you can use a rod. To avoid sagging, the thread you are working with should always have the same tension. As in any business, it’s difficult to just start, when part of the bracelet is tied it becomes much easier to work and hold the thread, and all the beads are put in their place, like parts of a puzzle.

Once the bracelet is knitted, it needs to be completed. To do this, you need to weave the last row of the rope in half-columns, only without beads.
