Beauty rules of Elena Krygina. Bright ideas for summer makeup from top makeup artist Lena Krygina Summer makeup with Elena Krygina

Antipyretics for children are prescribed by a pediatrician. But there are emergency situations for fever when the child needs to be given medicine immediately. Then the parents take responsibility and use antipyretic drugs. What is allowed to give to infants? How can you bring down the temperature in older children? What medicines are the safest?

The main motto of fashion summer makeup 2014 - more reflective textures! But let's talk about everything in order.

Summer make-up has several features that look better in daylight, bright, sunny lighting. The most important difference between summer makeup is the amount of tinting agents. It is no secret that in the sun some skin imperfections become less noticeable. In addition, melanin, which is produced under the influence of sunlight, gives the skin radiance. Therefore, the main task of summer makeup is to enhance this effect with the help of cosmetics.

So, after you have applied a light foundation and powdered your face, proceed to apply the bronzer. Choose pressed powder, as it is convenient to work with and collect the right amount of product. Start applying bronzer with a large soft brush from the sides of the forehead, go down and move with light movements along the contour of the face. Do not forget about the tip of the nose and the sides, as the face is not limited to the chin. A little advice: it is better to powder any bronzers so that the glow of the skin and the so-called light tan come from the inside.

Remember an important rule: bronze powder is not a means of correction, as it contains shiny particles.

As for eye makeup, in the summer of 2014 it should be spectacular. Choose shades of shadows from gold to brown and even from carrot to copper. It was the shimmering golden brown shadows that Christian Dior and Gucci chose for their shows. Marc Jacobs opted for natural make-up for the fashion show with an emphasis on the eyes with bright blue and turquoise pencils. Silver, white shades and delicate shades of blue, purple, pink and even green are also very popular. Black arrows will never go out of style, and their various interpretations are amazing.

For lip makeup, you can safely choose shades of lipstick from neon tangerine to more subtle coral. The main thing is to find a shade that will work for you. Opt for lipsticks with a shimmery finish, as matte orange lipstick can make lips look thinner.

In addition to orange lipstick, which is the undisputed trend of the spring-summer 2014 season, there should be other bright shades in your makeup bag. In the recommended palette, shades from scarlet and fuchsia to plum and burgundy.

And in order to make fashionable summer makeup on your own, we invite you to watch a master class from your favorite makeup artist Elena Krygina.

Everyone clucked, which is a lot. What is a lot? Have you ever held in your hands what the makeup artist uses? Liquid primer - water, aero application - in general, there is no lighter and thinner layer, even with the most liquid and transparent tint, transparent powder - not powder at all, but the smallest transparent dust, local concealer - this is not discussed at all in summer, it is necessary to protect the skin around the eyes, the heat did not cancel it (if there is something to correct), blush and highlighter are applied locally, and again, the heat is not a reason not to use them. Who ever said that if it's hot, then the face should be naked, otherwise slow death? It will not be possible to apply one tint on the face and shine, matte, hide. What are you talking about? If we talk about everyday summer makeup at +40, then this is BB, concealer, cream blush and EVERYTHING! No glitter, shadows and eyebrows, because everything will flow. Either don't sneak at all, or don't show up. Be consistent in your reasoning. And then we don’t tint the skin, we leave bruises and pores, but we paint the eyes and lips ... Home makeup artists, get yourself at least these products, learn how to use them, and then talk about plasters.

Over the past few years, from an ordinary beauty blogger with her Youtube channel, Elena Krygina has managed to turn into a real businesswoman. Her own beauty studio, an online store, on-site master classes and, finally, the first make-up desktop book - Lena proved to spite all skeptics what can be achieved by being a true fan of her craft.

“I can't live without foundation - it's something I use every day. Also, I cannot imagine my life without blush and eyebrow products. It seems to me that if these three points in makeup are completed, everything else is not so important. When it comes to care, you can’t do without a high-quality moisturizing face cream and nourishing body oil. Without all these products, I feel terribly uncomfortable. My current use is Guerlain Lingerie de Peau foundation, Maybelline volumizing brow gel, Benefit blush and Glamglow moisturizer.

The book "Makeup" is a guide that collects different types of appearance and offers options on how to make each of them even more beautiful and expressive with the help of a make-up. Like a mosaic, in this book you can assemble any face by choosing the most appropriate makeup techniques. It does not raise superficial questions about how to apply green eyeshadow or red lipstick, but offers detailed instructions on how to learn to understand your face and how to find your own makeup algorithm. That is the main purpose of my first book.

The secret of perfect makeup is neatness and strict observance of proportions. Accuracy is needed so that the makeup, in principle, looks neat: there are no crumbling shadows, worn areas, busting with foundation - everything should be very evenly and softly shaded. Proportions are lines. For example, if you draw a perfectly straight line when creating eye makeup, then round eyebrows will clearly go against them - all lines should be parallel.

Among the most common mistakes in daily care, I will name the lack of comprehensive care. There is no need to expect any miracles from an expensive cream if you use it every other time and do not approach the issue systematically, that is, you do not take the entire line. Still, manufacturers expect that you will use the range completely, so one cream, in principle, cannot be enough, and even with occasional use.

One of the key trends of the spring-summer 2017 season is makeup in one shade, when the make-up of the eyes, lips and cheeks is made in the same color range, and ideally with the same product. This technique is called “draping”, and it came back to us straight from the 70s. Its essence is in the correction of the oval of the face with the help of blush: in the most extreme cases, the product can move from the cheeks to the temples, and in eye makeup, to the side surfaces of the forehead. This trend can be easily traced in the make-up of David Bowie or Grace Jones. Today, this technique is relevant again.

From the 90s, metallic lipsticks and shadows with a pronounced metallic effect have returned to us. Carrot-matte lips are also well traced through the season. Plus, bright elements and pure colors without impurities with strokes or graphic elements: for example, hard, broken arrows are necessarily some neon shades.

I never carry makeup with me. My cosmetic bag is assembled according to the standard principle: matting wipes, cuticle oil, a small moisturizer for hands, a nude lip pencil and some kind of colored tint. That's all, I never even carry a mirror with me.

I do not always travel for love: a lot, and most of them are work trips. With the mission of raising the level of beauty among citizens, I travel a lot in Russia. At the same time, I can’t say that I have any favorite destinations, but I know for sure that from time to time it is very important for me to visit Europe and America in order to be inspired, learn something new, try cosmetics that are not yet available. in our market. And, of course, get acquainted with the make-up techniques of professionals from other countries. But I probably couldn't single out any specific direction.

Elena told the secrets of the perfect make-up, which is suitable for home, office or walks.

The perfect daytime make-up is a make-up that is not noticeable on the face. This is very important, because in daylight your interlocutor can see all the "Extra" layers of foundation or powder. Therefore, the main rule in daytime makeup is not to overdo it.

- before applying the foundation, the makeup artist advises to sprinkle the face with a spray to fix the makeup. The spray smooths out all the microroughness and roughness on the skin. Thanks to this trick, all subsequent funds will lie down more evenly. In the event that during the day you need to correct or redo your makeup, but there is no time and opportunity for a complete make-up removal, Elena also advises using this method: first spray your face with a spray, and only then apply powder or foundation on your face.

To make the makeup as natural and not overloaded as possible, it is very important to correctly set the light and have a good mirror. The face should be equally illuminated from all sides, and the mirror should be made of quality material. Thus, if your light is not ideal, when applying makeup, Elena advises trying to keep your chin a little higher - so the light will fall on your face more evenly.

It is better to choose a base for makeup in the form of a pearlescent emulsion, lilac, purple or pink. You should get the effect of glowing face from the inside. Many neglect this remedy, while it is it that gives the face a fresh healthy look.

The desire for naturalness does not mean that it is necessary to use only light tonal products. They are good if you have perfect skin. Only in the event that there are small imperfections on the skin, take tonal foundations that mask well. For liquid products, use a brush, not a sponge. The more liquid the foundation, the more it clogs into the sponge and thereby increases the consumption of the product.

Immediately after applying the foundation, it is necessary to apply a corrector, concealer and fix everything with loose powder. The foundation on the skin quickly enters into various reactions with the environment, and the powder prevents this process.

Tonal means make the face flat. Therefore, it is very important after toning to give the face volume with the help of a bronzer and a highlighter. Highlighter is applied to convex areas on the face: cheekbones, bridge of the nose, check mark above the lip and chin.

If your finances are limited, blush is exactly the decorative tool that you can save on. They are applied over foundation and powder, so they do not affect your skin in any way. Matte blush should be chosen highly pigmented, pink, coral or berry shade. And the shades of shimmer blush, on the contrary, should not be so saturated with a cold undertone.

For daytime lip makeup, a tint or lip gloss is suitable. Another way to give your lips a more intense yet natural hue is to use two-tone lip pencils. It is necessary to paint over the lips with a pink tint, and make a contour with a more natural muted shade. If desired, you can add a little colorless gloss.

Eye shadows are preferable to choose light shades with a reflective effect. They are not only easy to apply, but also give volume thanks to reflective particles. At the master class, Elena Krygina used pigment from Inglot.

For daytime makeup, do not paint over eyelashes very thickly. It is important to paint well only the base of the eyelashes, and leave the tips light.

Despite the large number of decorative products, daytime makeup, which Elena Krygina demonstrated, is done in 5 minutes and can be easily transformed into a more evening version. To do this, you just need to draw arrows in front of your eyes and tint your lips.

What products can be used to add radiance to the skin? How to apply them correctly? And what nuances should be taken into account, a professional makeup artist and beauty blogger told us about this and not only.

To create a radiant effect, there are several tools: highlighter, bronzer, illuminator. Large shining particles or small ones are added to their composition, they can barely shimmer or shine elegantly. They're all essentially the same, but the coolest of them all, in my opinion, is the Smashbox Photo Finish Radiance Primer.

Primer Smashbox Photo Finish Radiance

It is multifunctional, and with it you can highlight any protruding areas of the face: cheekbones, front surface and tip of the nose, inner corners of the eyes.

Modern "shine" for the skin

When choosing a product with a radiant effect, pay attention that it also performs the functions of a primer. So you get a universal tool that can be applied over foundation, and under foundation, and on separate zones, and even used on the shoulders and collarbones.

How to choose means for a luminescence?

Under skin tone. If you are very light, dark shades will not work, and vice versa: if you are dark, light colors are not your option. If you want to brighten your face, choose products one or two shades lighter, no more. If you go in the direction of tanning, then you also do not need to take products darker by more than one or two tones, otherwise the face will seem dirty.

How to apply products with the effect of radiance?

It is important to observe the measure and know the areas to which it is worth adding shine, and which ones are best left as is. For example, on the cheekbones, the front surface and tip of the nose, the inner corners of the eyes - you can! But on the cheeks and forehead, it is better to refuse shiny products, otherwise the radiance will quickly mix with sebum.

What is the ideal highlighter?

Eggshell colors. It contains pinkish, yellow, and peach particles, which give a multifaceted glow and make it as natural as possible. You can apply it with any soft medium-sized brush - from a brush for shading shadows to a brush for applying blush.

How to use the illuminator correctly?

The Illuminizer is the lightest product in the "shine" category. It highlights, there are no sparkles in it, which means it can be applied all over the face. It can also be added to a face or body cream. It will create the effect of light scattering, and the skin will look smoother, as if “photoshopped”.

How to apply bronzer correctly?

First of all, remember: the ideal bronzer should be very firm - the higher the density, the harder it is transferred to the brush, and the more natural your tan will be. Also, in my understanding, it is always a matte product, as there is no such thing as a brilliant tan.
